           RECETA is already a "family" of private companies born and growing with the Romanian private sector (a small private "DAVID" that has won the battle with "GOLIATH" - the Romanian State - owned industry).
      The main activity we have chosen since the beginning, expressed by the initials that form the name of RECETA, was consulting and trading in the field of refractory products.
      The first company of this "family" was "RECETA Consulting" - a small enterprise founded under Decree 54/1990 (with country-wide no. 840), and it was later transformed into "RECETA Consulting LTD" - joint venture (Romanian capital: 62%; foreign capital: 38%) under Law 31/1991.
      RECETA TRADING SRL, founded in 1994 with Romanian private capital, is part of RECETA GROUP, a trading house with majority private capital, with an already long (over 12-year) activity and experience in supplying industrial raw materials: fluorspar, round kiln bauxite, raw bauxite, magnesite (dead burn, electro fused, caustic), graphite, silicon carbide, light weight chamotte, refractory cements, refractory castable, electro fused corundum (black and white), aluminum hydroxide, borax, refractory bricks, graphite crucibles and stoppers, auxiliary materials, ferroalloys.
      The main beneficiaries of these raw materials are the warm sectors of metallurgy and mechanical engineering, petrochemistry, thermoelectric power stations and manufacturers of refractory and building materials.
      Our company has asserted itself through high flexibility, as - on special request from our customers - we can also supply other raw materials.
      We deliver raw materials both through direct imports, and from our warehouses in Aiud, Constanta, Comarnic and Tulcea.
      Another important activity of our company is that of research, engineering, consulting and technical assistance in the manufacture and rational use of refractory products. Through its General Manager, Dr. Eng. Mircea Stefan, RECETA is the holder of an impressing portfolio of more than 60 invention patents for the manufacture and use of metallurgical, refractory and building products. These inventions are put to the best use in our relationships with interested partners, resulting in the development and assimilation of new technologies and products.
      RECETA Expert-Consult, also develop diagnostic studies and solutions for production rehabilitation and restructuring and for the improvement of the quality of manufactured products for the companies in difficulty and/or in process of privatization, to help you act more efficiently and win new market segments.
      RECETA Trading LTD is a well-known partner on the international market, having commercial relationships with more than 20 foreign companies of well established reputation from 12 countries and 3 continents, and with some of them we have a long-term partnership (CMP-Jersey Mineral Processing - Tianjin-CHINA, ALUREF - Datong- CHINA, COMPRO LTD - Bratislava-SLOVACIA, LEADER - London-United Kingdom, AK ALEV LTD - Istanbul-TURKEY).
