The refractory bricks, prefabs,
monolithic masses or castables prepared according to RECETA

RECETA
has developed a wide range of OEM products for the lining and maintenance
of thermal aggregates used in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy,
in cement industry, and in other industrial processes as:
Bricks:
High alumina - burnt and chemically bounded;
Magnezio-graphitic - resin bounded;
Magnezio-spinelic - burnt and chemically bounded;
Magnezio-spinelo-graphitic - resin bounded;
Magnezio-spinello-corundo-graphitic - resin bounded;
Corundo-graphitic - resin bounded.
Dense refractory castables (last generation):
with normal and high cement content (NC and HC);
with low cement content (LC);
with ultra-low cement content (ULC).
Light refractory castables (thermo-insulating):
for temperatures < 1250ºC, with bulk density 0,6-1,0 g/cm³;
for temperatures of 1250-1500ºC, with bulk density 0,8-1,2 g/cm³;
for temperatures >1500ºC, with bulk density 1,0-1,6 g/cm³.
RECETA
also provides know-how, consultancy and technical assistance for auxiliary
materials (powders, pellets and exothermic hot-top) used for metal
casting in steel plant and foundry works:
- exothermal materials (exothermic hot-top, plates and powders);
- insulating and thermogenic materials;
- mould lubricating powders.
The recipes and manufacturing technologies used for these products have been developed and optimized with unique specialized software written and exclusively commercialized by RECETA.
